Email Communications
If you subscribe to our email list, request an emailed resource or otherwise consent to marketing, we may send you newsletters, product information and other R&R updates.

Our email communications and related analytics may be managed through Klaviyo or another email-service provider. These services may record delivery, opening and link-interaction information.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand Site use and measure or personalize marketing.
These technologies generally fall into the following categories:
- Essential technologies support checkout, account access, security, fraud prevention and other necessary Site functions.
- Functional and analytics technologies help remember preferences and show how visitors use the Site.
- Advertising technologies help measure campaigns and may be used to show more relevant advertising on other websites.
Depending on your location, you may be asked to consent before nonessential technologies are used. You may review or change your selections through the Cookie Preferences link available on the Site.
You can also limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working properly.
Our Site recognizes Global Privacy Control signals where required by applicable law. Other browser-based “Do Not Track” signals may not provide a consistent technical standard and are not currently treated as privacy requests.
Analytics and Behavioral Advertising
Routine and Reason currently uses or may use services provided by Shopify, Google, Meta and AdRoll to understand Site activity, measure campaigns and advertise R&R on other platforms.
These providers may collect identifiers, device information, browsing activity and commercial information through cookies, pixels or similar technologies. They process information under their own privacy notices.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include certain disclosures to advertising and analytics partners. Under those definitions, our use of advertising technologies may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information.
During the preceding 12 months, we may have disclosed the following categories for advertising or analytics:
- Identifiers, such as an email address, cookie identifier or device identifier
- Commercial information, such as products viewed or purchased
- Internet activity, such as browsing and Site-interaction information
- General location derived from an IP address
Recipients may include advertising, marketing and analytics providers such as Meta, AdRoll, Google and Shopify.
Where applicable, you may opt out through the Your Privacy Choices link in the Site footer or by using a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Information may be processed by Shopify or its service providers in countries other than the one in which you live.
You can learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. Shopify also provides a privacy portal through which you may manage certain uses of information processed by Shopify.
