Refund policy

RETURNS

We hope that you love your purchase from Routine and Reason. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return from the date an order has been shipped. Once the returned items are received your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Digital  products


When returning orders that include a Gift with Purchase, the Gift with Purchase MUST be returned to receive a full refund to your original form of payment.  When returning individual items from an order the Gift with Purchase may be kept.

**Please note original shipping cost is nonrefundable.

To initiate a return please contact us at returns@gustoandco.com. Please, include your name, order number in the subject line, items to be returned and reason for return.


International Returns:

We ship internationally to select countries. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Routine and Reason to import the goods on customers behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Routine and Reason may delegate the obligation to import the goods on customers behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods. For questions or issues please contact info@gustoandco.com.

If you would like to return an item, please email us at returns@gustoandco.com. You will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier. Routine and Reason is unable to provide international return labels at this time. Customer to pay the cost of shipping the package back to Routine and Reason via a tracked service. We do not reimburse for the postage required to return.

Return To:
All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing. 


EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Free Return Shipping

If you have purchased from Routine and Reason and wish to return an item(s):

Email us at returns@gustoandco.com

We will provide a pre-paid return label via email.

Print It
Print the label from your email.

Pack It
Carefully pack items into the box (or appropriate shipping container) and include the completed invoice. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

Ship It
Take the package to any USPS location. Full instructions are included in the return label email. Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt. An email will be sent to confirm your return or exchange request has been processed.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at returns@gustoandco.com or (864) 777-0799.
